Shipping & Delivery
All purchases include free door to door 7 – 14 day tracked delivery for destinations within Australia. For deliveries to locations outside of Australia there will be additional shipping cost. If your delivery destination is outside of Australia please contact us for a shipping cost estimate. Due to the impact of Covid-19 virus there may be some delivery delays. Export Sales
Purchases to destination countries that have no Free Trade Agreement with Australia may incur import duty and VAT. Customs clearance and any associated costs that may arise in the destination country will be the responsibility of the purchaser. Product Returns
We recommend purchasing the sampler size of our products so that testing and trials can be conducted to confirm the products suitability to your requirements prior to purchasing larger quantities. Product returns will only be accepted for unopened products. Cost for returning products is at the expense of the purchaser. Original delivery cost will be deducted from the refund for returned products. If there are any issues with our products refunds will be gladly made in accordance with the Natural Vanilla refund policy.
