Vanilla Pods Grade B

Vanilla Pods B Grade is the most popular choice amongst our brewery and distillery customers. Compared to A-grade vanilla pods, they are a little smaller in size at +4.7 inches (+12cm), with a slightly less intense vanilla aroma and a moisture content of 15-30%.

Visually they are lighter in color and less glossy than A grade vanilla. However, they are a good choice for a balance between budget and quality.
